Inspired by Hawai’i’s indigenous culture, we believe in developing technology that preserves and sustains nature in true harmony. Our vision is to challenge the paradigm of farming as input intensive, real estate extensive, destructive, and overly centralized. We look to a future where the distance between the source of nutrition and your home is as close as your neighborhood park or your home. We will achieve this without clearing huge swaths of land hundreds of thousands of miles away. Our main concern is securing your source of food and its nutritional content grown by our system.
We also believe the health of our surrounding environment impacts our health, our community, and our families. In Hawai’i we are intimately connected with it and what happens to it will ultimately affect us and those we love. Thus, we aim to use 100% recycled materials in our technologies to maintain community health.
